Assuming that nobody kills her , doesn't get any life threatening diseases or fall into the ocean. Basically I'm asking if she can die of getting old seeing that she can manipulate her age.

We can assume she can, or we can assume that her body still ages even when she does become younger or smaller (as in the life expectancy never changes, just the anatomy)

If she can turn a person into a baby and the baby still walks/talks/functions like an adult etc, no because all it does is effect appearance.
But if she can turn a person into a baby and have their whole body actually go years back to where they need to relearn everything and whatnot, then yes.
