Even we predicting that he will blessed with Hagoromo, Hamura, Byakugan, Tenseigan, Uzumaki, Senju, Hyuga or what so ever but i dont think the writer would put Bolt as what Sasuke/Neji use to be the prodigy of respective clan. He maybe failure like his father rebellious and trouble make like Konohamaru. But as character to develop Kishi is very prefer someone with nothing but gradually stronger with his effort eg. Naruto, Lee, Hinata (Sasuke or uchiha is BZ job)
I do believe he will touted as failure even he is Hokage son and Hyuga noble clan mother he cant use the Byakugan, he fail to to accumulate Kyubi chakura or using uzumaki related jutsu he will probably defeated by more confident Salada by the way its looks.
