No way bro. Naruto will move away from Deidara's line of sight within a split second. He's surpassed Minato in speed and Minato was considered the fastest shinobi in Naruto I believe(yah faster than raikages). Besides Deidara can't use C4 while on the move and if the area is forest-like, Naruto can easily escape. Deidara would just keep using C1 explosives and eventually run out of chakra. While Naruto uses kage-bunshin and uses Rasengan on Deidara. Naruto win this imo.

Bm cloak= protection from c4. Bijuu bomb= too much for deidara to handle. speed and bijuu arms can attack a flying enemy. Refer to naruto vs 2nd tsuchikage. Deidara has nothing in his repertoire to defeat naruto.

Deidara can fly in the air really really high.

That was my account but wasn't really me , my friend also uses my account when he comes to my home and he really like sasuke . i also like sasuke but i don't make fanboy thread like those.

The only you forgot is that Deidara can use clones and escape his bombs however bijuu mode can destroy whole battlefield, but unless if he can see where the real Deidara is..... Power is not enough.

It would be difficult for SM naruto because he can only use 2 or 3 FRS in SM and it takes him 5-6 mins to come into SM and he don't have BM cloak shield with which he can prevent deidara's mini bombs

maybe use a wind jutsu to blow away the mini bomb particles. I think rasenshuriken could do the job. (pretty much just hold it like a fan) and if tries to get thru it gets disintegrated by the op wind blade. sm can sense it in time. Naruto should be too fast for deidara anyways xd
