A using his amplified shroud is capable of avoiding Amaterasu. KCM Naruto is faster than that A and BM is even faster than KCM Naruto.
In all, yes BM Naruto can be faster than Amaterasu; A isn't a sensor and he managed to 'feel' Amaterasu.

Your reasoning is incorrect. Amatersu converges exactly at the point where the vision is focused:

But, it also follows exactly where you field of vision goes:

. The only reason Sasuke dodged is because Itachi let him and followed Sasuke's movement instead of focusing it on him. Hence, this argument of yours is weak in favour of Naruto.

A fully prepared himself to dodge Amatersu. Not only did he saw it coming, but he used two techniques to dodge it: he charged his Raiton Armour to the max and used body flicker as well, and still barely dodged it:
