I remember this question being asked a few years ago in a Human Biology class. The teacher said that if you are blind from birth, or from an extremely young age, then you can't "see" your dreams, because you never acquired the ability to see in the first place. However, if you become blind at an elderly age, or as a younger adult even, then you will still be able to "see" your dreams. That's what I think.

This.
How can you see when you never witnessed the ability to? Or even know how it is

The simple answer to this is, ask someone who is blind, you can't say they can't see in their dreams as you are not blind, ask someone who is

They can't see in their dreams cause objects we see everyday isn't in their memory.

“But I can only see the amount that I see in real life because that’s all I know.”

what they dream is just manly sounds and what they experience when the touch something.

Some people that were able to see for half their life time and then became blind will usually still "see" in dreams but I hear they soon forget about the colors, faces, and objects. Becoming a blur as time goes by.

If they could see at some point in the past then yes, of course they keep those memories of sight.
