Can base Naruto now throw FRS

We have seen SM and KCM throw FRS

SM is just an amplification of base abilities and while using KCM he just shelves his chakra and uses kyuubi's instead

personally i think it has just got to do with practice
he was finally able to do a single handed rasengan after almost 3 years
so he should be able to throw FRS if not currently then in future

No. The SM physical stat boost allowed him to throw it. KCM gives him physical strength and chakra arms, Base is too weak physically to toss it.

if Son is not applying his full strength cause obito is planning on capturing him not killing him then yeah

Naruto could always use FRS as base naruto but the issue is the damage it causes his hand. with SM his hand can withstand it and not cause damage. Remember he had a cast on his arm from using FRS those 2 times. with SM his hand heals fast enough so he can use it

that was because frs explodes near him when not throwing it, the whole point of throwing it was to not receive the damage that opponent recieves

frs destroys at cellular level SM healing and KCM healing cant make it good

Son wasn't trying to kill Naruto in the manga and he still struggled to hold them open. Base Naruto would get crushed regardless of intent.

KCM gives a strength boost too...did you forget when Naruto first gained KCM, then punched Kisame extremely hard?
