Can Base Hashirama and Madara still defeat base Naruto and Sasuke?

This, Base Naruto is what he is now with blue eyes and Sasuke's base is no Sharingan on, he can't deactivate his Rinnegan so remove the Sages Yin chakra from him will do the trick and Madara and Hashirama wins. They have overall more skills, experiences, and knowledge

Base Madara is no Sharingan just like Base Sasuke is no Sharingan. 3 Tomoes is 3 Tomoes, base is base. As a kid, Madara was killing grown man before he got his Sharingan and he has more skill, stamina, strength, speed, chakra reserve, durability, powerful jutsus (his katon being stronger than Sasuke's), more battle experiences, more knowledge of jutsus. Madara does have more chakra than Naruto btw. Naruto and Sasuke's base is Jounin level, Madara's base is above Kage along with Hashirama and Tobirama.

Sasuke deactivated his EMS to 3 tomoes while Naruti went base. Keeping the Rinnegan and Sharingan on cost chakra so he more than likely can't turn it off just like how Nagato couldn't turn off the Rinnegan. Sasuke didn't awaken it like Madara, the Sage's chakra allowed him to. But base Sasuke is black eye Sasuke so remove the Sage's chakra from him and Naruto and they'll be in base since they don't need that chakra when they'll be in base.

Incorrect, they are. His katon were huge and that's from Edo Madara which is weaker than alive Madara. Madara shown more powerful Katon jutsus than Sasuke.

Edo's are weaker than when they are alive, Alive Madara>Edo Madara

Madara was killing grown men as a kid before he got the Sharingan. He has years of experiences from his era of constant war so his skills would be full honed where as 2 17 year olds who base are Jounin level aren't. Base Madara can take out both Naruto and Sasuke alone if you want to get technical.

Base Madara is above Kage along with Hashirama and Tobirama while Sasuke and Naruto base are Jounins.
