Can anything counter RDS

Reaper Death Seal is a sealing jutsu that allows user to seal the opponents chaakra, either removing it(what minato did with kyuubi) or sealing opponents chaakra activation(what hiruzen done with orochimaru).
Sealing jutsu's are intangible and cannot be evaded physically. The only way to evade a seal is to escape before the seal is performed, a counter seal or substitution. Thats all I can think of but anyway I do not know any other way in which to counter-act the RDS.

Note: RDS is a sacrificial jutsu but cause the opponent either sealing of chaakra or death.

Im also guessing that the radius of the jutsu is about 20-30 metres radius(approx)

Lastly I believe that this is by far the strongest sealing jutsu!

You just have to have a stronger will then the person casting it. Oro was able to resist for quite some time. He may have gotten caught if he hadn't struck at Hiruzen, but that's speculation. The scenario makes it seem like there is a strength factor when using the seal.

Or you could just use Flying Thunder God, and dodge it. Doesn't seem like it's a quick tech.

it may not be the fastest technique but you can't dodge it since you cant even see it coming until your soul is halfway out.

OT I'd say the only reasonable counter to this might be izanagi which rewrites the reality.
