it wasn't a girl, it was a boy, the ninja said that he envied kabuto's brother, because he had something to look forward to and home to go back to, and kabuto brother said he could be apart of his family and it made catch some feels, :erm:

His relevance is that. I think Kabuto will meet with him after everything is over. Nothing too long, but i have a hunch Kishi will show what hapeened to side characters panel by panel like how he have shown IT dreams.
