Can anyone remind me the requirements of Susano ?

Madara was able to use it without his eyes at all, and Kakashi was suddenly mastering it at first try after gaining two temporary Sharingans from Obito ... so can anyone please tell me what it does actually take to actually master the Susano because it's becoming pretty confusing on the fact that even a blind man can use it without any problems whatsoever.

1st It is not Kkg so Kakashi can copy it.
2nd it was stated as being rare but seeing as tho we have only seen 5 pair of Ms all together you can assume it kinda comes with the cake
3rd I do agree it's a bit wild for Kakashi to master is ( PS) first try istead of an arm or two into a partial one .
4th this contradicts what happen but I'll say chakra reserves . You can't spawn a monster samurai from nothing, is chakra based .
No clue how bc Kakashi should be fresh out lol
