Can anyone please tell me how Minato became Hokage, please!?

I tried to focus on one Kage which was Minato in this thread the others were just extra information but now you mention it I guess there are quite a few that fall into this category, all I see now is "bad students? good chance of becoming a Kage". Ok now answer my question please.

The thing is, that people don't vote about it. It is decided by the elders, whose main priority is to defend the village. To defend the village, it needs to have a strong Hokage, and Minato happened to have soloed an army with the ftg

What happened wasn't his responsibility, regardless of their age, Kakashi was still a Jounin, and should have been able to handle the group by himself. So, IMO Minato deserves the position of Hokage

Tsunade healed the entire village before and after Pain's Chou Shinra Tensei(an attack that devastated the village entirely), Fought Orochimaru and with her on Konohas command formed an alliance with the other villages to fight the ultimate war, that started because of one Minato's disciple that he abandoned with a 13 years old jounin in a dangerous mission.

Tsunade also took on against the most powerfull ninja of all time(Edo Madara) with Hashiramas powers and Rin'negan abbilities, plus Edo condition. She is now, despite being rip in half, decided to save the other Kages. While Minatos only moment was sealing the Kyubi based on a prophesy Jiraiya(the credit is his) told him and being able to hit his 14 years old student with his s/t jutsu.

He is totally responsible, Kakashi for example gave Sasuke way too much at his disposal and didn't keep a good enough eye on him even knowing that he is an avenger and one day he would pursue his brother for revenge and now look where he has ended up.

If you want to see a well trained group then just look at team Asuma.

Like you said yourself, Minato had a lot less time as a Hokage.
1. She ended up losing to Oro's student, Kabuto.
2. She didn't form the alliance, she was unconsious when it was formed...
3. Kakashi was a Jounin, 13 year old or not. And he even wanted to follow the rules and go home, so if the Obito hadn't decided to break the rules and obey Kakashi, the person Minato gave the responsibility to, nothing would have happened, except Rin would have died. This was entirely Obito's fault, Minato had nothing to do with this.
4. Minato would have been equally useful in the fight against Madara. She may have healing abilities, but he has sealing abilities, which would likely have been more useful.
5. Minato trained Kakashi, who is the sole reason Obito is not soloing everyone by himself. IMO, Sakura won't ever be able to surpass Kakashi

I'm not dissing Tsunade, all I'm saying is that you overrate her achievements as the Hokage... Minato pretty much won a war by himself ffs..
