Minato can't at this point, he can go intangible if he tries to the same thing again.

Hashirama can't touch him.

Naruto can't touch him.

Madara can't touch him.

Can anyone honestly beat this guy? His jutsu allows him to defeat people stronger than him like Hashirama... pretty easily.

Kakashi can't solo Obito if that's what you're getting at. Two things need to happen for Kamui to get Obito: Obito being hit and Kakashi Kamui'ing another jutsu to hit him.

Kakashi is incapable of doing both at the same time.

No, they were given to him by Kabuto. Obito tweaked him to his liking, giving them Rinnegan and Sharingan. I don't see why this is up for debate. Almost everyone I've talked to has included them in Obito's arsenal.
