Well I am behind on Naruto so I can't be sure, but as far as I'm aware there isn't any particular person that could solo Alucard by any means. There might be some that have superior power, but in terms of speed Alucard pretty much dwarfs most of the Naruto characters and bullet spam, not to mention an army of zombie familiars, would be very difficult to handle. Not to mention that his regeneration would make it difficult, if not impossible, for any Naruto character to put him down.
