Im kinda confuse, why did naruto tell that? before his saying stuff that theyre good for sacrificing there lives for him and things like that then seeing this... i was wait what? what again? so can anyone explain this.

i think its because minato and kushina where apologetic about the sacrifices they made and turning naruto into the jinchuuriki, so naruto is just putting minatos mind at rest so he will stop blaming himself

Ok, so Minato has been calling himself a piece of crap for the past few chapters, saying that everything he has done is wrong... well Naruto is now making him clear that he meet Kushina´s and Minato´s chakra already, and that he pretty much knows them..

How bad of a person is Kushina?
She is among the nicest and more loving characters, isnt she?

He is telling Minato, "you are as bad as mom" wich completly not bad..

in other words, "cheer up dad, you are awesome and i understand that everything you did was for love"

Naruto was reading his thoughts and emotions, the previous panels show that this was not a conversation but inner dialog. Not to mention all the times he "met" the persona of his parents ingrained into him (i believe because of the seal) so he has had discussions with "them" without them knowing... if that makes sense. If anything and at the very least he can sense his fathers heart and understands he is troubled, and full of remorse. :T_T:
