Can anyone explain the standard otsutsuki clan kekkai genkai/hidden arts?
I know they have all the doujutsus in the series in the clan, one being more frequent than the other. But what is the generic kekkai genkai/hidden art fot otsutsuki members who aren't so lucky to have a tenseigan/byukagan, rinnegan, or sharingan?

Well, it's a common trait. Only a very few otsutsuki dont have byakugan (hagoromo,indra, ashura)
Before you say it, the otsutsuki on the moon sealed their byakugan in the tenseigan core so that's why they dont have it.

They have their father's Juubi influenced chakra/bloodline. Which is not the same as the Otsutsuki. Unless you happen to know of an Otsutsuki that possesses a Rinnegan/Sharingan/Mokuton and so on.

They are all born with it. Hagoromo was stated to have "awaken" his rinnigan. I wouldn't consider Indra and Asura as true Otsutsuki.
