Can anyone defeat a 2 eyed obito?

Lets say at this timeline naruto and sasuke didnt gained hagoromo’s powers. Can you guys name anyone who can defeat him except madara and hashirama

Edo Tobirama and KCM Edo Minato, if they both attack Double MS Obito in 2 vs 1 , they can win in high difficulty. With Hiraishin, they can escape Obito's Kamui. A combination between Tobirama and Minato is very deadly against anybody (except Ashura's and Indra's transmigrants). And against Susano, Edo Minato can use KCM 2, so it would be a Bijuu VS a perfect Susano, which is a fair fight, and Tobirama could help Minato by distracting Obito with all he can do. And don't forget that Double MS Obito has...MS and not EMS, so he couldn't overuse his eyes and especially his susano, while Edo Minato and Edo Tobirama could endure for long time this fight.

And if Sasuke and Naruto, even without hagoromo power, join Edo Tobirama and Edo Minato. It's definitley over for Double MS Obito.

Double eye Obito also doesn't have the woden homonculus body boosting his reserves like crazy, so he'd actually be weaker than normal Obito.

But assuming he still has those powers, then the fact remains he can't combine his eyes, because he must deactivate all techniques when using the phasing ability.

With that in mind, anyone with better reactions, clone feints or continuous attacks still beats him.

So most Akatsuki, Kage, Golden Gen and legendary shinobi beat him.

All the second eye gives him is a long range option against enemy attacks, which is hardly much at his level anyway.
