Don't think he has it, but that doesn't mean he can't learn it. The guy could probably learn it in under a day.

There's nothing stopping him from being self taught considering he worked with it in the war??

Preta would still repel the clone though wouldn't it... But I think he does because in chapter 700 when he catches Boruto, Boruto says using the shuushin(teleportation) isn't fair FTG=Teleportation so I think so he's just become to fast to need it...

Naruto doesn't have FTG or at least it has never been shown...
considering his speed and reflexes with RSM, I doubt there's any reason or need for him to learn FTG...
