The way I see it, the only major hitters who can give Naruto and Sasuke a hard time would be Lee w/7th or 8th Gate, Bee w/ Samehada and Gyuki and or DSM Kabuto.

The 4 Kage are fodder and the NV doesn't have elites like the Akatsuki running around anymore.
