No, All the Buuji's gave their Chakra to Naruto so he will wipe Tobi and Tobi will need to retreat if he wants to stay alive or Sasuke will intervene I don't know. Naruto has jsut too much Chakra to run out plus Bijuu's gave their chakra. Also, Naruto seems to be motivated in the last picture just under.

The young Jounin of Konoha (Kakashi, Gai, Asuma, Kurenai, etc) weren't even allowed to participate in the Kyuubi attack on the village.

Considering they were much older and powerful than Konohamaru is now, I don't see Konohamaru even stepping a foot in this war.

The only reason Konohamaru isn't on the battlefield yet is because his Rasengan can take out fellow men as well as all the bosses of the enemy. It's a one hit KO.
Madara's meteors were nothing compared to it.
