Have you watched the movie? Probably not.

Therefore you don't have the proof to be able to factually prove Hinata didn't get a power-up, im not a hinata wanker but unless you actually have proof nothing says she didn't get a power-up.

I've read the plot in many sites including this one and none of them states she gets chakra from hamura.
