Can anybody but Sasuke break Itachi's Tsukiyomi?

Of what i've read only a member of the same bloodline can break it so Sasuke's parents, and Sasuke are the only ones able to break the genjutsu.

I personally think that whole, "only my bloodline" line was pure hype.

There has to be other methods of beating the technique. Altering your chakra significantly seems to be the case, because Sasuke only broke out of a weaker Tsukuyomi by using CS2, a power not related to the Sharingan.

I think Sage Mode or perfect Jinchuuriki could probably break it too.

I'm not saying there is a way to do it for sure, but still...
I mean kakashi one of the best and expert (atleast at jutsu analyzing) couldn't do anything about it
but maybe someone expert with uchiha blood or hell of info or with superior eyes can do that!

expert with uchiha blood ---> madara,obito,shisui,...
superior eyes ---> Like madara, I can't believe madara will lose to tsukiymomi, we can consider other people with Ms, Itachi may never use it on a person with Ms eyes
hell of info ---> we all know hashirama didn't lost to it! but he maybe never fell for it like ignoring eye contact, like what guy did back then fighting kisame & itachi

Itachi being the 1st or 2nd strongest Genjutsu user in the manga behind only Shisui Uchiha means very few people have the ability to handle genjutsu at that level and Itachi's mastery of tricking people like using shurikan to distract the opponent.
