Can any Raiton/Lightning user use Raiton/Lightning Armor?

You know after thinking about the fundamentals of Raiton Armor I wondered could'nt any Raiton users like Kakashi use it?After all Raiton Armor is basically coating yourself in lightning chakra, so in theory anyone who had mastery over Raiton/Lightning Releasewould be able to use it. Do you think Raiton Armor could be learned by any Raiton user or is it limited to certain people like A and the Third Raikage?

Kakashi probably could because hes the copy ninja, but he wouldnt use it because it consumes way too much chakra...4th Raikage has tailed beast level chakra according to karin that the only reason he can probably use it

I'm thinking only if the user has enough chakra reserves to keep the Raiton Armor on. It must take a lot of energy/chakra for The Third Raikage and Raikage A to keep it on.

Then again....I'm not sure. Killer B to easily put the Raiton Armor on.

Lightning users can coat their weapons in lightning so Im pretty sure any lightning user can do it as long as they have high chakra levels.

Anyone who is a TANK of chackra like all the Raikages and Tsunade; i still believe that Sasuke can do it as well but for a short period as to it consuming a tank of chackra............

Well Sasuke does kind of have his own form of Raiton Armor in the form of Chidori Nagashi but it's pretty small in comparison.

No.. Because even an elite lightning user like sasuke feels teh side effects after shocking himself. You basically have to have a durable body that can take the constant vibaration of the electricity! It is like being infinitely shocked!

That requires full body chakra control, like Neji who can excrete chakra from all parts of his body.

I figured as much which is probaly why only those with durable bodies like the Raikages are able to use it.

Why would being able to move fast be a requirement to coat yourself in electricity? And the reason it is nintaijutsu is because the cloak is considered ninjutsu that is being used to augment taijutsu.

High chakra reserves
Durable body
Great Chakra Control namely with Raiton abilities
