False. Because in order to break a diamond, you need to take into consideration other properties such as toughness which is the key to breaking a diamond. Kakuzu only takes on the property of hardness, not toughness.

Also, Domu isn't diamond as diamond isn't immortal or a defense raised to maxium output. Domu is a substance harder than diamond. Much harder.
