How is Kaguya out of chakra?

Is there anyway that this could possibly make sense? Because I can't see it.

She is supposed to have more chakra than the Juubi itself, which was already "immeasurable" yet she runs out of chakra after ten moves?

The only technique that was said to be taxing was her dimension swap, but I find it hard to believe when Obito and Sakura were able to have enough chakra to move through like 5 dimensions and still have chakra left. Even if she was like part 1 Naruto who had no chakra control and just spammed chakra it's supposed to be near limitless.

Second, how was she able to react to Sasuke when she had to freeze Sasuke and Naruto the first time?

Third, how were Obito and Kakashi able to move faster than Kaguya, Naruto, and Sasuke in the gravity dimension?

Fourth, how could Sasuke and Naruto get to Kaguya without her destroying their defense like before?

Fifth, Why hasn't Kaguya used her paralysis jutsu on each one and send them to another dimension?

Sixth, why was Kaguya even introduced?

Seventh, why was Hamura even needed to seal her? Why didn't Hogoromo just call him when Kaguya ran out of chakra?

Am I the only one that thinks Kaguya sucks?

She could summon an entire dimension after BZ comments about recovering chakra at the core dimension.
Just opening a portal Obito stated that it required immense chakra
let alone summoning them rewriting the world.
