it isnt only moukton that the senju uses this is just the 1st hokage's ability even among the senju clan members,the only thing mutual is that their physical energy is very high so,most of their techniques are at a higer level than the normal.its just like wit he uchihans they can all awake the sharingan but they have diffrent mangekyou abilities.

It's like either giving a heavy steel mace to a child or a trained warrior. The child can't hold it while the warrior can use it. Though in this case it's about both chakra control and chakra pool instead of regular strength
