Its abt coloring Anime characters

I can draw pretty well
But im kinda new to coloring

Im trying to figure out wht the color of the akatsuki coat is

I can use black to color those shadings
But wtf can i use to color his coat??

I cant even recognize the color

Using pencil made it look grey(i used 4B)

So wht can i use to make her shading look like tht?

PS: I use FaberCastle classical color pencils

I use copics so for Kakuzus cloak, go with a W5 warm gray for base coloring and a W7 warm gray for shadow. For the reds, follow the same pattern.

Im no expert but the akatsuki cloak looks like charcoal to me .
And the girls hair shady part looks like a mix of yellow and pink

Use the colour wheel when deciding tones for something like the hair. And generally try using dark blues and purples as well as black
