I think Yess..there r many shinobi in J-S-ARMY who can defeat sasuke as a team. Even with ems sasuke can be defeated after all he is a human he will run out of chatoora .....he can not use susano or amertertsu 4r too long (it put too much strain on body) + they have info on him.
I think team like ..
1. Kakashi,bee,darui ,mithogai or
2. A , gaara ,shikamaru,misukage.
Can defeat him.
Reason
There is no dought that kakashi 1 of the smartest charecter. Bee all most killed saasuke ( he survived just because of karin and jugu's healing ability).

Gai who defeated kisame with his youth.
Gaara with absolute diffense(on which even amerterutsu did't work)
