Yes it can, but he would be MUCH more resiliant in taking the pain and damage than your average ninja. Take heed to A and his left arm. A didn't even flinch even though his arm was DRENCHED in Amaterasu. And Look how much stronger E is than A. No need to do the math, for the solution to this equasion is already in the question.

The only way he will avoid affliction is if he dodges it, which he most likely will due to the lightning-style armor he uses, just like A. But the scenario I depicted above is in the case of him NOT dodging it. :devil:

I'm not so sure as the others here. The third raikage was able to tank a rasenshuriken at point blank range while only having minor scratches. Even with the fact that his lightning armor was weak to naruto's wind rasenshuriken. It's a tossup for me.

Sasuke's ama can hit V1 raiton armor because A knew that the mangekyou works by looking at your opponent. In that instance he immediately switched to V2 because he knew he had to be faster than the eye can pinpoint.

In conclusion, V2 is faster than the eye, V1 isnt otherwise A woulnt have switched during his fight with sasuke, and finally since naruto can blitz the 3rd but not A, that means that the 3rd was using V1 instead of V2 which is not faster than A, therefore not faster than the mangekyou.
