Ur correct Blaze , but the Chakra was sent through multiple pathways and the heart was literally right there , tho it wasn't a the target nor did it get the brunt of the damage. It was only in the path which means that it likely also sustained some kind of damage. She received the brunt of the damage at her Liver/Kidney/Stomach area while also getting her lungs and heart damaged since the Chakra sent would naturally flow through that area.
