Well to answer this question we need to ask it like this, as far as destructive power the staff is lacking considerably. But with that said let us address the statement that the staff is "harder than diamond"

Now Diamond is very hard to the point that it is often used to cut through other really hard things, "Diamond edge cutter". Now to reference this to something easily understood. If you take a glass plate and drop it on a carpet it wont break ofcourse, but drop that some glass on something denser IE harder and it will shatter into peices. That is because of this reason.

Whenever 2 things collide, they hit each other, when you punch a wall, you punch a wall but the wall also punches you back which is why your hand hurts. The force is distrubuted evenly upon both you and the wall, but here is the important part, the force is distrubuted in reference to atoms per gram, wordly worded but let me explain.

If you punch a pillow it wont hurt much, because the pillow isnt densly packed instead it is light and fluffy, so you have a small amount of atoms hitting you back. Then you punch a wall and its a little denser so its going to sting, you punch a rock and now your in trouble because it is very dense, as in there are alot more atoms per gram of rock when compared to wall. Then as we get to metal you can litterally break your hand because of how dense it is, while the metal takes no real damage, not because it didnt take the same amount of force than you did, but because it is alot bigger than it looks, its just denser. If you expanded that peice of metal to the atoms per gram as your hands it would easily be 10 to 20 times as big as your hand, so it took damage its just not noticeble. So then lets take this theory and apply it to the densest substance in the world, diamonds. As you can see anything that hits diamond is going to feel alot more pain than the diamond will feel, that not only works for the substance hitting the diamond but vice versa, because as I stated before you hitting the diamond is the same as the diamond hitting you and vice versa, the force is always distributed evenly amoung the molecules that make up said substance.

So now we have King Enma's staff which is supposebly harder/denser than diamond. Which means whatever it hits is going to suffer alot of damage. The equivalent of you punching a metal door with your bare hands. So then to answer your question we must know how dense susan'os bones are. Now seeing as to how Tsunade was able to crack it we cant jump to the conclusion that it isnt dense, Tsunade may have just hit it really really hard.

Its a really hard question to answer, but I would say that the staff with enough force should easily be able to break through susano. And hell if Tsunade was the one using the Staff, GG WP Susan'o.

Awkward moment where Enma has more feats than Hiruzen himself.

feats...yes, what´s it worth knowing all of jutsus if you´re just gonna wind some shurikens out and mix them along with mud and fire?

I loved seeing Sarutobi on stage in part1 but due to the latest overpowering in the manga he´s considerably underated up to this day.
