Yes it can.. As i see it madara said his PS had power comparable to a bijuu. A jinchuriki is stronger than a Bijuu. SO that means Killer B and Naruto in the bijuu forms are stronger than PS. The manga says this.

its not the number of tails decides on the size of the bomb, and yes Jinjuriki can destroy PS. As Madara made it clear the beast power is on the same level.

care to show me the manga page were it has PS getting tanked by TBB? I know the TBB is strong but so is PS,also need to take into account how much time it takes to charge TBB compared to a virtually instant PS. Also you need to remember that naruto only has half of kuramas power while madra has all of his plus some. Another side note Madara is an edo hence unlimited chakra whereas narutos is limited, so i dont see naruto being able to spam enough TBB to wear down PS.

Lol I don't know why I said this earlier but PS sword slash would kill any perfect jinchuriki if it connects. Naruto could dodge the attack though and take minor damage from the impact but he can avoid the sword slash itself.
