Can a summoning animal make you Kage level in your opinion?

I see some people claim that Sakura is med Kage level solely on the basis of the fat slug.

However, what if Konohamaru were able to summon Enma? Or if Karin could summon Manda 2? Would they also be Kage level shinobi just because they could summon creatures to do the heavy lifting?

It depends on the summon, manda II [maybe manda I], the gedo, boss toads, etc. are all powerful summons that could certainly carry a ninja.

But other summons such as ninken are non-factors.

No a summon creature cannot make you Kage level at all in my opinion. A jutsu can though. For example, Kitsuchi, he barely has feats but hes easily kage-level because of that Mountain Sandwich Jutsu. That jutsu was large enough to hold the Juubi, meanwhile Kurama and Gyuki are not even the size of one of the Juubis hands. Kage level for real.

No, Sakura is high jonin level. her medical ninjutsu skills may be kage level. he power she can generate may be kage level. and her summon my be kage level. but these three skills does not mean she is kage level as a whole. Because her power output may be kage level does not mean she has kage level taijutsu. her technique is lacking. hinata has better more fluent taijutsu than she does. she is smart but not as smart as kakashi who is a jonin. she has not yet shown to have enough power to take on and beat any kage ranked ninja so she is not kage level as of yet

Let's say Madara is paralyzed in everything but one arm, he uses it to summon the Kyuubi. The Kyuubi is under his genjutsu, so the Kyuubi alone is in his arsenal, therefore he doesn't have to do anything. He is Kage level.

You fail to realise that fat slug is able to let the user pull of kage level feats. Someone on jounin level can't heal a shinobi alliance all at once through a medium that's just unreal.

Or provide a foothold to regenerate and restore an entire shinobi alliance. Or provide protection from blasts or explosions.



And to add to that, she is basically Tsunade, once she releases her seal and shows she knows a seal release whatever it may be she is even more confirmed to be of a kage level.

I get that...You misunderstand what i mean. the thread is about a non kage level ninja summoning something to make them kage level. you cannot use a ninja who is already kage level because it defeats the point to be proven by the OP
