You mean non Premium .?? Right

If its non Premium than yes , They can.. But It should be in limit less then 500kbs and Dimensons 150*200

Yes, you can definitely You'll probably get someone online who has a avatar which is a gif and is normal member post here.

But yeah, you can do it but its hard to find some online so better to request a gif avatar in this section =D
