Whaddaya mean no? They're regular users like us with moderation powers added. They can still break rules.

The answer is rather simple, have you ever seen a mod banned? No.
Mods do not get banned whilst they are mod. If a mod does something they could be banned for, they can get demodded.
We can, however, get infrated and warned by admins and g-mods.
