Anyways, I think the genes will be preserved being the Uchiha or Hyuuga seems like it'll be the dominate one.

If worst comes, they'll probably just get half the genes but still be able to awaken their Eye Jutsu.

How do u know Mikoto wasnt an Uchiha?

Ok, lets say Naruto marries Hinata, their children will all have Byakugan, because the dominant genes will still 'dominate'.

But then, when one of their children marries someone inside Hyuga, they will have the probability to have grandchildren with no Byakugan, because of the inheritance of Naruto's recessive genes.

Then, Naruto's recessive genes will be continually inherited throughout the generations starting from Naruto and Hinata's children.

Elder son eyes or rinnegan for the kiddies! Then the uchiha would be the most dominant clan.
