According to Tobiramas nazi science, chakra goes into their eyes, but it doesn't come from there, I assume other ocular jutsus work the same way, that the source is not in the eyes, but I doubt it though.

Could still be that they need the eyes in order to make it work.

Bro gentle fist is chakra releasing from the body bro. They release chakra from thier body pores bro. Then they rotate bro. If it was byakugan jutsu then they would label it KKG jutsu bro. Its taijutsu bro.

Injecting chakra into the body can be done by medics as well. Kabuto vs Tsunade. The only difficult thing is targeting chakra points and or releasing chakra from other points(minus the hands and feet) or using extreme techs like rotation which would be impossible.

Agree, Bolt did so. But that's different from the techniques. Hiashi was training Hinata in the Gentle Fist style before she had her Byakugan unlocked (flashback when she is 3-4) but that doesn't mean she knew Gentle Fist KKG abilities like TLF, Rotation, or Air Palm.

I was going to bring this up and thankfully you saved me the trouble.Yin is spiritual energy which is generated from mental energies so the sharingans abilities are shown exclusively throught their eyes except for the case of their chakra solidifying and creating Susanoo.This was the ability Madara used without his eye sight because the technique was a yin based technique witha psychical manifest so eyes aren't needed

.Theorrectically a Hyuuga with a power,knowledge and experience of his dojustu comparable to Madara's power,knolwdge and experince he had with his dojustu should have no problem using a good portion of their abilities since most of them are psychical based.Remeber Hyuga can actiate their tenketsu all over their body so they don't need their eyes unless they need to see the chakra sytem,tracking,combating genjustu.
