Let's just say a Perfect Jinchuriki is under Izanami and is it possible for the Bijuu to break it? Or must the person break it himself?
The answer is no
Its still Genjutsu so why not?
Because izanagi is an infinite genjutsu similar to IT. When itachi was gone izanami continued, this means that Izanami sets the chakra flow in the brain of a person to work in a certain way, making the genjutsu continue without the need for the user to continue to be present.
In other words the continuous insertion of the casters chakra into the brain of the victim to maintain the genjutsu isn't necessary, so if the bijuu tries to disrupt the chakra it won't work because the chakra of the brain has been set, to work in the way that will force the victim to continue to perceive the illusion until they accept their fate.
It sounds complicated but this is how I believe it works
Possible but it was never stated that it actually contros the brain, it just record events and copy them on the user mind untill he comes to "realization" so if a bijuu tries to disturb chakra flow it should work
Another way is to absorb the jins chakra until nearly nothing is left that should make the victim faint and stop the loop
All genjutsu control chakra flow in the brain. Some use it to show illusions, others use it to hypnotize victims and some do both simultaneously .
Like I said before itachi must have forced kabuto's brain chakra to mimic the effect of the genjutsu, otherwise the illusion would have broken when edo tensei was released causing itachi to disappear.
Because the chakra flow to the brain has become like, that even if the bijuu tries to disrupt the chakra it work. Draining chakra to stop the illusion is possible, but potentially fatal. And it too might not work permanently due to the reasons mentioned above. If the victim recovers izanami will just start again.
