I think Nardo in Bijū sage mode may be able to tank it,then there's his speed,even though Kishi makes it inconsistent I'm sure Nardo could dodge.

If the kyuubi increase's Base naruto's speed as much as it did, Imagine what the Juubi would do for Madara, When his basespeed is already faster than base naruto to begin with.
