3rd Kage against 3rd Kage!!! I think the 3rd Railage takes this though b/c he can probably evade Onoki's Jinton and strike him with that special lightning technique he had with his finger (I forgot what its called) and defaeat him with one blow.

Onoki can freely move in the air. 3rd can only be linear in the air.

Oonoki might have a issue landing a jinton attack but as long as he stays in the air he'll win. I give it a mid to high diff win for oonoki
