Scene: im hiding behind a tree currently* I first Preform Blazing shuriken Dance I hop out from behind the tree and perform dragon flame blitz i then use Mist Blaze Dance and go in for Taijutsu.

Okay, I want you to use a more detailed description, for example with the blazing shuriken dance actually state how many shuriken you throw and state when you ignite them by spewing out fireballs and paste the full techniques not just the names.. and don't use mist blaze dance at the end and then go in for taijutsu .-. you'll be stuck in it yourself if a spark is caused for whatever reason.

Try again, you can also use the regular E-Rank ninjutsu techniques.

You can use ANYTHING you have learned in your move, as long as one of the techniques is a D-Rank fire technique.

1. Do not say how your opponent reacts, just make a move and see what happens.
2. You don't need to ignite the shuriken with a separate technique, Blazing Shuriken Dance covers the whole process by itsself
3. I told you to post the full techniques, everything. Go to the jutsu section and copy the complete jutsus you use in the right order.

Hmm.. well I suppose you can't do much more with what you've learned so far, good that you attempted to distract the opponent first though but in actual battle that sort of distraction won't do you much good if you'd follow with some shurikens.

Anyway, let's move on to C-Ranks;

( Katon: Shōkasou ) - Fire Release: Small Fire Stream]

Exhale a small short constant flame from your mouth which is not designed to actually burn your opponent but let the heat of the fire do the job which would eventually cause an opponent to collapse, you'll have to be quite close for it to work though.

( Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique

The most basic technique used by Uchiha clan members in the manga. Gather your fire chakra and perform the handseals 'Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger' then inhale deeply and form a ring infront of your mouth by joining the tips of your thumb and index finger and finally proceed by exhale a stream of fire from your mouth, through that ring and shape that fire into a large fireball.

For this technique you need a lighter -tosses you one- ignite the lighter to create an open flame and channel your chakra into that flame. Then toss the lighter towards the ground and manipulate the chakra infused flame to expand in width and height creating a wall of fire before you.

For this one perform the tiger handseal while utilizing your fire chakra. Then exhale a stream of fire from your mouth and shape it into a ring which flies through the air towards your target, you can amplify the power of that ring of fire with a suitable wind technique to create an inferno. After you're done with that perform this technique again however this time direct the stream of fire towards the ground and shape it into a ring of fire that runs on the ground and by combining that with a suitable wind technique you can turn it into a hurricane of fire.

*I Spark the lighter a few times untill it makes a flame i then focus on it and channel some chakra into it sit it on the ground infront of me and control the chakra making the flame bigger and becoming a "Wall of Flames"*

Description: The user will perform four handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger , and breathe fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.

Take out a cord or whatever type of long object and use it to catch my clone. Then perform the handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger and breath out fire along the object and as the object guides the fire towards my clone watch as it catches fire.

I first take out a long wire(Long object made me imagine something perverted ^_^) an swing it towards your clone warping it within in. I then perform the hand seals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger and breath fire along the wire. with the wire guiding the Fire to your clone i watch as your clone catches fire.*

Not my fault the technique doesn't say WHICH handseal it requires xD Tiger is the most common one for fire though. And there are some fire techniques which are created through your hands or other means beside from your mouth.. but breating fire is the most common way in the end.

Your description is a little lacking but you were creative around it so I'll let it slide this time;

Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

You will be performing this technique twice U_U first off gather fire chakra in your lungs and form the handseals 'Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger ' and proceed by spewing out a volley of small fireballs, as they travel they move about but would end up at their target but this makes it difficult to actually predict where exactly they'd hit and you can even control the fireballs seperately.
That's the first one.. once you've managed to do that you'll have to be very quick for the second one. Throw a volley of shurikens towards your opponent, form the handseals once again and this time as you spew out a volley of fireballs have them wrap themselves around the shurikens.
In the end however, this technique is most useful as simply a distractive move in order to actually do damage with your follow up move.

*I began gathering Fire chakra in my lungs Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger I then began expelling out an array of small fireballs I then began controlling them as they fly through the sky in all directions and eventually end up at the target, making it difficult to predict where they would hit.*
* then quickly throw a Volley of shuriken towars the target Form the handseals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger and spew a volley of fireballs and have them Wrap themselves around the shuriken*

Advantage:
-The flames are controled, and if in a big group it will be very lethal. you can also use this jutsu to hide kunai or shurikens so that if the flame doesn't do enough damage the kunai or shuriken will add more damage. this technique can also be used as a distraction, for it is some what of a scatter fire shot so the enemy will try to hide.
Disadvantage:
-If your not an uchiha or have the fire affinity you won't be able to execute this jutsu quickly, and the enemy can quickly use a counter measure against you(a sharingan user will see the type of chakara building up can quickly conjure up a suiton technique to counter)
