Chakra- the substance of physical energy that's located in every cell of the body and the spiritual energy gained from experience.
Chakra can be released various of ways through the 361 chakra points the main being hand seals then the chakra would make you able to do some things that would not be possible otherwise such as walking on water Exhaling fire(Fire release techs) and Creating illusions(Genjutsu0
Ninjutsu- Meaning Ninja Techniques is actually just that Ninja Techniques that uses chakra to do something that would otherwise impossible creating clone images and other assortments the main and most basic of ninjutsu is the use of the 5 basic Elements
Suiton, Katon, Doton, Raiton, and Fuuton Meaning Water, Fire, Earth, Lightning, and Wind
Along with ninjutsu there are other type of jutsu Ninjustu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu
Genjutsu the art of illusions is almost polar opposite to ninjutsu which effect are real. there are various ninjutsu abilies and can be used to both heal a Comrade or Hurt an Opponent
Katon(Fire release)- Katon the fire element is one the Five basic elements Raiton, Suiton, Fuuton, Katon, And Doton; Katon is performed by Holding Hot Chakra in the stomach and releasing it through the mouth. The Seal of the Tiger is often Accompanied by some Fire release ability, Katon consisted of mid to long range offensive attacks dealing combustion and explosive damage. The Uchiha clan of konohagkure located in the land of fire is most known for their use of this Nature.
Katon is strong against Fuuton due to the oxygen in the wind which increases the size of the fire.
Katon is weak against Suiton because the water cools and distinguish the flames.

The Chakra part is literally just what Wikia states with a few things removed inbetween and some simplified grammar.. same with most of the other parts you wrote.
Look, I don't care if you only write like two or three sentences at each subject and it doesn't even have to be too detailed if it's the best you can do but what I do care about is that you write it down in your own words. How am I supposed to expect that you'll take this training seriously if you won't even write down what I ask in your own words? Do it again, this time don't look at Wikia just write down whatever pops into your mind about the subjects.

Chakra is something within the body that allows a ninja to use ninjutsu, genjutsu, and is also used in some taijutsu and kenjutsu from what i read in the manga chakra is first stamina stamina is then split and turned into chakra and from chakra is Used to become Jutsu. Chakra can also be used to Climb trees or walk on water by moving a certain amount of chakra to a specific part of your body feet, hands etc..
Ninjutsu- are Ninja techniques and requires chakra to use Ninjutsu unlike genjutsu caused physical pain instead of mental pain. Most ninjutsu like genjutsu and done by releasing chakra by preforming Hand seals Most Katon Ninjutsu require the tiger seal.
Fire release(katon)- I dont know much about Katon except for the fact that it is a Mid-Long Range fighting style and focuses on dealing Fire damage

Alright, good. Fire doesn't only involve mid-long range though as there's also techniques which are performed from a short-range distance and it's mainly an offensive element with a few defensive techniques.
Let's proceed with the first technique;
Basic technique, but in order to perform it you need to know how to properly mold fire natured chakra. Begin by focusing chakra throughout your body and as you do that focus on the properties of fire, mainly it's heat and it's destructive nature. Once you feel warmth emanating from your chakra channel it towards your lungs and take a deep breath, the inhaled air will serve as a 'fuel' for the fire you're creating. After kneading the fire chakra together with the inhaled air channel it upward and into your mouth and exhale the fire chakra in several breaths and with each one focus on materializing that chakra into a small ball of fire.
Perform it.

* I Think about what tybone-sempai said at take a steady stance and began focusing my chakra throughout my body, I clear my mind think of nothing but the heat and destructive power of Fire, I slowly began to feel the heat from my chakra and begin channeling it to my lungs I then take in a deep breath the fire chakra mixes with the air and i began channeling it up to my mouth i Then exhale 2 small fire balls out of my mouth*

Alright, in the previous technique you've learned how to spew out fireballs and this time you have to combine what you learned together with shuriken. Take several shuriken and throw them forward and as soon as you throw them expel several fireballs from your mouth, one towards each of the shuriken and inflame them, having them cause extra damage.
List this technique's advantages/disadvantages.
For this technique, gather fire chakra within your lungs and inhale some air. Then after molding the fire chakra expel it from your mouth and create a single small fireball, pretty straightforward.
Good job, moving on;

I began gathering fire chakra in my lungs but on a lower scale take a Deep breath and Exhale a small fire ball*
Next Shuriken dance
* I first gather my fire chakra in my lungs then quickly take out 7 shuriken and throw them at a tree then take a deep breath and use
to ignite the shuriken hitting the tree and burning it*
Advantages: due to the small size of the shuriken
The enemy could not see them coming and when i use the jutsu to ignite them itll be hard for the enemy to react in time.
Disadvantages: While usually Strong against fuuton then wind will most likely blow the shuriken back. While hiding and using this jutsu as a surprise attack there is a chance that when you throw the shuriken or Use a certain jutsu to ignite them they may figure out your location and ambush you.

Then channel the chakra upward and expel it from your mouth while converting the chakra into a flammable gas and direct it towards my clone in order to engulf it within the gas. Then use any of the fire techniques you have learned in order to ignite the gas trapping my clone within a large fireball effectively burning him.
Perform it and list it's advantages/disadvantages.

With the clone now engulfed in the gas I quickly perform

Advantages: The fireball that traps the opponent could be used as a diversion in order to escape from a stronger opponent. (its not running away its a strategic withdraw xd)

* I began and try to do the Jutsu Fancy Like i Fall on my face get up And Start to behave seriously I Began the teqnieue once more expeling the fire chakra from my mouth and is shown to be breathing fire*
