Madara, probably with zetsu's help, saved obito

he trained him

he made him promises that he could revive Rin

and he's been using Obito like a tool for that purpose

Obito doesnt give a shit about the moon's eye plan.

He's doing it all to bring back Rin.(omg no that couldn't POSSIBLE be the reason, or its a dumb reason!) yes it could and no it's not. Read the story of Troy.

Obito has not truly fallen too far, and may still turn on Madara(Naruto has to keep up his ways of changing everyones mind, he's done it with the most extreme cases and doubt he's gonna stop before the finale, and no, Obito is not in the same category as Orochimaru)

In the end, his brother will get to him, and it will be-

Naruto/Sasuke vs Obito/Madara. Obito eventually going good or using his rinnegan(he hasn't used it yet for a reason) to try and revive Rin at the cost of his own life. Everyone turns on Madara. Naruto sasuke have a spar at the end of the series.

I don't think so. I think he has truly lost faith in humanity, obviously I think madara has manipulated him even more so and the Rin thing aswell

why would he bring rin back to life....so she can suck kakashi's d i c k
right in front of him?

tobito is the biggest puss in the entire series

and never compare one of the greatest literary works of the ancient world with a childs manga series. ever. there arent plot holes in the odyssey and iliad

most likely he just lost faith because of Rin's death, which is a lame reason.

ps. to all the people mentioning the Iliad and Helen of Troy.... have you actually read it? if you have and still cite it as a good reason to start a war, then probably you missed the parts where a lot of the warriors did not want to join in and the fact that nobody dies to protect his honour as a warrior for Helen. which is why in the Iliad she is not the reason, but the cause.

if he would have wanted rin alive, he could have asked kabuto to use edo tensei, when they were working together.

Well, there is no way that Naruto and his team mates can beat Madara and Tobi.. they we're already having alot of trouble when Tobi was toying with them. Tobi has not revealed his fullest extent of power. Nor has Madara considering we did not get to see much from the PS.

Sasuke is doing something and im sure he wouldn't want to fight against those of his own blood (Uchiha).. he is trying to restore the clan.

when we see how much orochimaru manipulated sasuke, and lets keep in mind orochimaru was a master manipulater, and than we see how obito manipulated nagato, which proves something about obito, and all the while obito was being manipulated by madara

the fact obito went this far with cause means madara has something obito wants or needs

Nevertheless the war was started because of TWO mens feelings over her. The thousands of soldiers don't matter they are fodder to them.

nah it started as a bet between the gods. people just got intermingled in their quarrel.

just cause you see someone mention it on another post doesnt mean they're right.

i doubt youve read it either.

uhm... no. just no. don't twist one of the best stories ever written to support your views :flaw:. Menelaus wanted to get his wife back since his pride was badly damaged after she eloped with Paris. he asks for his brother's help Agamemnon who is the one that gathers all the greek leaders and subsequently they are supposed to answer to him, hence why he is the general/leader. and what do you mean fodder soldiers.... this is not even wrong. Achilles was the best of the warriors and Odysseus was the one that won them the war. I could go on and on with the names of the important leaders who had joined for their own reasons that expedition.

on the Trojans side Paris was a coward hiding in the palace almost all the time and Hector was the one doing all the fighting in the name of his country, Troy, and to protect his family and child.

The Trojan war is NOT a lame love story about some hot chick and the Iliad rocks. fact.

My point wasn't in all the details, my point was thousands where fighting over the few's feelings.

and my point was that in the Iliad as well as in the entire Trojan war cycle the feelings of the few were never the focal point and in regards to Helen no real feelings were ever expressed. she was always a beautiful object people wanted, Menelaus because *it* was his and Paris because he was a spoiled brat. the most important feelings shown and expressed in the story had nothing to do with Helen and her v@gin@.

trust me, equating Helen with Rin cheapens it even more.
