Sorry to reply to post directed at someone else, but found it interesting and hence wanted to reply this.

Exactly. I mean isn't the whole point of being here is so we can talk to people who have the same common interests?

The whole point of being here isn't about meeting people with same interests. Actually the interests may vary from person to person. For few people this site is a place to discuss Naruto and develop new view of looking at the manga known as Naruto, and for which there is Naruto Discussion Section, when I want to have man to man interaction, I can take it to VM or PM, but when I want to know what people think it is easy to make thread and get multiple opinions, and hence Naruto discussion section is still there, and will be the biggest part of this forum.Lol
On the other hand there are few people for which reason of being here is RP and RP related stuff, so for them purpose of being on this forum is entirely different. For someone who likes to write his/her own writing skills through fanfiction, there is Writer's Base.U_U
According to me, Narutobase isn't only about discussing 'common interests' , it is now one of the biggest forums and naturally expanded it's horizons.U_U
About battling, it is just 'debating' and I naturally take it that away, hope many other people take it that way too.u.u

I never understood why ppl do this. It's stupid. If someone of the opposite *** is bothering you just tell em to f**k off. But that's just me.

I get what you're saying but all of those things have Naruto/manga/rp in common. I respect anyone's opinion but imo I dislike how some are simply hating. Does that make sense?
