This may sound stupid but I think the flashback in the manga wasn't really what happened but what Obito wanted to happen. I think Obito was involved with Madara or someone else before the incident it's self aswell.

That would make more sense then Madara just stumbling upon Obito's corpse and who is to say that Zetsu was even partnered with Madara back then.

you are stupid kidding, obito is involved with madara thats for sure, coz madara in chapter 560 talked like he knew obito and his plan. the real question is how did madara know obito since he died before obito was even born ??
