One question I have for you guys is why is this man BRUCE getting so much respect???
He simply added breast to his body....took off a lot of his male features....and claims he's a woman...
Yes I get he brings attension to the rights of the transgender community, and he's a Olympic legend....


But why should we have to respect him??? I recently said a comment on Twitter regarding this man and got attacked by a huge number of people.

I personally fell he's a attension crazed individual just like the rest of the kardashians....and is using his so called transition into a woman as a way to make MILLIONS. He's an overprivleged man, who has a mental disorder atleast that's what I believe.

What are your thoughts of BRUCE Jenner a.k.a Catlyn Jenner??

Personally, I dont condone Transgender Operations as for good or for bad such people are 'born that way'. + I dont trust the Medical Industry enough to believe that they just wont take advantage of a person suffering from mental dissonance just to earn some cut from a very expensive procedure.

It's funny how whenever we disscusse sensitive topics like transgender and homosexuality we MUST be sensitive. If a person gave theere honest, logical opinion there considered OFFENSIVE.

People question and bash religion all the time because they don't believe it, funny thing is they are not considered harsh. But why is it that whenever someone questions what a transgender believes or what a gay persons believes they are view as bigot, harsh, evil???

If you disagree with something you should have the right to let it be known. Why is there such a double standard and such a sensitivity when dealing or discussing the LGBT community??

He's a piece of trash. He killed someone while texting a year or two ago. He should not be idolized. The kardashians should not be idolized. We the people on a anime site are smarter than the general population. That is just sad.

I assume you mean respect from the average people and not necessarily the media itself. It gets tricky. Do you think homosexuals that act and dress like women shouldn't be respected? It'll be hard for those who support such behavior not to support this. At best, they could argue the dangers of the operation, but not the actual expression. "You can dress and act like a woman, but now you're taking it too far, you can't have boobs like one!"

The struggle for acceptance of one is intertwined with the other. As one gain more tolerance, the other naturally will.

As for your question as to why such behavior became respected in the first place, my guess is lack of any perceivable harm coupled with social interaction. Let's not forget these are people with families and friends. Even strangers tend to open up to them. Have you ever talked to a gay person? They can be just as cool as a heterosexual. Obviously transgenders are no different. It makes it harder to dislike them if you don't really have a good reason or they're not causing any real harm. Straight people then start standing up for them, be it stranger, family, or friend. Even my mother who dislike them because of religious beliefs opened up to one because he was just that damn cool. Even stood up for her in the presence of others. The more we interact with them, the more beauty society see in the "beast".

And of course, there are those who can come to the conclusion to respect them and protect their rights without ever interacting at all.

You cant really say people are drowning gays in religion if about half of them are Christian, according to surveys and studies, and thats in recent times. The farther you go back when everybody had the fear of God in them, I assume the numbers were greater.

I agree with you 100 percent. In the America now feelings are more important than logic. Sexuality is more important than religion. Gay people influence people like you said to like them. This causes more support for them, more acceptability ect.

What I fear of is a future world were men wear dresses, where men sleep with eachother commonly, where woman dress how ever they want and have no self respect for themselves. Our nation is becoming more unholy everyday.

And I'm not a conspiracy theorist but the whole illuminati new world order thing sounds like it's real, and is slowly coming to a REALITY

Wait? You complain about feelings being more important than logic but then complain about Sexuality being more important than religion? That is soooo hypocritical. And this is coming from a Christain. If a man wishes to wear a dress then let him. If that makes him happy. Men have been wearing dresses for centuries that were far more masculine than the average male American is. The nation is becoming more unholy? How about we go back to the times where women were tortured and killed after being accused of witchery, gays were killed, woman were drowned under law for simply nagging, and everybody who wasnt Christain or even the right denomination had their lives threatened.
