What are you guys thoughts on the final chapter of cage of eden?

Did the last 3 chapters cover everything to you?

How would you rate this chapter?

*Bouns*- What are your thoughts on Cage Of Eden now that's it's over? Do you think there will be a sequel?

Lol, just made a similar thread, sorry, didn't notice urs. Anyway, I'm actually "fine" with it. I couldn't see much more happening. I would probably have wanted to see one or 2 more OP animals (like the saber tooth tiger, etc.) fighting them till they all died. Also I would like to know, what happened to Akiras best friend, since we last saw him.

Anyway it's open to be continued someday. I could see them reaching back to the main land, and everything was deserted/dead. And full of extinct animals, but still with cities and all. And then they would search for survivors. That if you ask me, would be a cool set-up.

Umm I thought the chapter was ok, it's just that I hate the time travel concept in any series because it never works and usually it ends up hurting the series. Of course a lot question didn't get answered and the ending wasn't good, but over all the series is good/above average, maybe there might be a squeal who knows.

Yeah this is exactly, what I didn't really understand either. Did they really time travel? Or was it all her dreams? What really happened?

Sengoku stated back in chapter 182 that they where in the future and not in their current time line, which is why there's photos of them their and that the island was made for them during the present era with Sengokus mom.

After read the whole story, everything seems clear as the air. So Akira's mom carried over the Eden project which consisted of building an island where extinct mammals were created (just like Jurassic Park). And somehow, decades after Yuna's death, the NA 2034 back when Akira returned from his school-trip gotten caught in dimensional time rift and sent into the island when the nature already took over it.

The chapter 184 really explains why there are 4 towers on the island and what are their purpose for and why the residential area shaped like Akira's school. The hanged pictures of them on the wall are perhaps from their respective parents as the memorial. But still there are unanswered questions left here:

1. Just who is this Hades? And where did he and Kouhei go after the failed experiments arc?

2. The pilot's words when they crashed down, did he actually know something about what was happening back then?

3. Three people are considered missing: Zaji, the kendo guy with inferior complexity, and Tooru are left unknown whether they are alive or not.

4. Who caused the biohazard in the residential area in the first place? who had put the woman in the spiral tower inside the barrel? What was the cause of the scientists' death in the factory?

5. My private question: if they already knew that Niishiki wasn't a doctor, why didn't they just feed him into the carnivores or beat him to the pulp?! Seriously, that megalomaniac crazy guy really made me punched the wall many times and that made me feel like a retard (luckily my parents didn't notice). Sorry for that.

6. But on top of all: WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF THE TIME RIFT in the first place?!

I just hope that they will release the sequel so we could find out the answer or whether they could travel back in time and prevent the event before occurs. Sound crazy I know.

I agree and we do need a sequel to clear up some questions that where left unanswered. This is why I hate "time travel" because it always leaves plot holes and hurts the series.
