Caesar can cut out thee oxygen from the air , while magellan can poison the air , i don't know who can win this air based battle , id like to hear your discussion anyways ​

ceaser can control the air. preventing the poision coming to him and sufficating magellan.And can also dodge the poision as well with controlling the air. Don't forget. with him being a logia the liquid poision can't touch him. (well I think if magellan doesn't have haki)
