So does Cabba represent a saiyan that died in universe 6? or Is he universe 7's Goku?? Maybe Vegeta?

It's not necessarily an alternate you but rather the strongest of the respective alternate universe. Otherwise, there'd be two Saiyans and no Frieza copy.

Out of the main dragonball Z villains, there is a short and badass saiyan, frieza, some robots, cell, and a big pink blob of happiness. On champa's team, there is a short saiyan, a frieza doppleganger, a robot, a cell looking muthaf*cka, and big yellow blob of happiness.

I wonder which one Cabba could be. Probably Buu.

This is not a multiverse-based reality m8 , think twice. Each universe in the dragon ball Omniverse are connected as "twins",

but that doesnt mean you find a alter ego with each character . Multiverse means another version/time flows differently and is a alternate story of the universe. Taking Future Trunks as a example when he "time jumped" and "created" a separate multiverse.

Cabba as you heard is just another saiyan, from his universe.
