Description: Joker’s Exoskeleton is a dark colored armor that is composed of chakra metals and a light weight Aluminum alloy, thus making it very tough to pierce through and impervious to normal free-form weapons and throwable items. The armor is skin tight and is connected to the user by a Fuinjutsu seal on the inside allowing it to passively absorb chakra for the abilities while at the same time giving the user complete knowledge over his/her chakra network in case they are under Genjutsu, they still must break free of it on their own/the normal way. One of the abilities of the armor is to transform the appearance of the arms allowing the user to be able to either improve the damage of techniques relative to the weapon used for the Jutsu, naturally a knife for Kenjutsu and Claws for Inuzuka techs. The weapons the suit can transform into are a Bladed Whip, Large Sword, and Claws. The whip can be used with some elemental techniques in place of a sword or the users hand but only offers a small boost to damage due to some chakra mixing in from the suit’s supply. The chakra blade form simply increases the cutting power of the weapons that coming from the armor, allowing the ability to cut through free-form weapons as well as do more damage nothing more. Due to the rank of the weapon as well as the materials the armor provides resistances to C-rank elemental jutsu with the exception of Lightning due to the metallic nature it’s resistance is only D-rank. The suit has sharp claws around the finger area to begin with but they are the equivalent to a free-form sword. The suit has a built in filter allowing it to not be effected by normal pathogens as well as flash bangs and the sort due to the dark 2 way screen that covers the eyes.
Notes:
~Chakra Blade Mode (CBM) requires one turn cool downs and lasts 2 turns.
~CBM counts as one of the jutsu allowed per turn.
~CBM can only be used 4 times a battle
~Transforming or changing weapons can be done as long as chakra is available
~Transformations require 1 turn breaks between uses.
~Transformation lasts 2 turns and counts as 1/3 jutsu allowed per turn.
~The sword is 2 ft thick and 3 ft long.
~The claws are 1 ft long and 3 inches thick.
~The whip can stretch to be 20ft long and is covered in blades.

Keji after reaching the top of the far right mountain lets out a sigh but immediately hears a thunderous roar. He looks up to see a large dragon across the valley from him and immediately after he does rain begins to fall. No way... said Keji thinking that the dragon used ninjutsu he activated his byakugan. Once activated he saw that the dragons chakra signature was different from the rain and so he looked around and discovered that there was a person sitting on top of a tower below him.

Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. I don't think you can cancel it for me the most you can do is also make it rain but you do realize that with you byakugan it will be somewhat hard to see with all that chakra coming down from the sky. Just my examination of the situation.

Seeing and sensing the individual go past him casually saying what's up slightly pisses him off. Calming himself he rummages through his small backpack pulling out a piece of paper with Keji's face on it followed by a alive or dead along with a reward.

Cracking a smile having his target come to him instead of having to search he begins to speak after putting the piece of paper away. (His voice is slightly changed due to the multiple filters in the armor)

I thank you for coming to me and saving me the trouble.

Following a bow of thanks keeping his eyes on you he pulls out his tanto then jumps from the tower heading from the tower to the nearest building's wall before jumping again landing on the ground.

OOC: My tech vs your tech should cancel out like if you did a fireball and I did the exact same fireball they would just negate each other. Byakugan can see clearly through hidden mist and flashbangs don't think rain is going to affect me.

As the Keji listens to the boy speak he ponders what he was talking about but not for too long as the young one began to make his descent. Upon landing in short range of Keji the lad spoke to which Keji said If I have too and wove a single seal channeling his chakra into the ground. This caused four pillars to rise around the lad with one of them erecting underneath Keji launching him diagonally into the air.

Once directly above his opponent Keji would release a blast of chakra from his left hand slamming the lad down into the ground as Keji landed atop the pillar adjacent to the one he started from How old are you kid?

Those are different supplementary technique are different then techniques that literally hit one another. However I guess you have a point if you can see through a cloud of chakra a storm of chakra pooring down wouldn't have much effect on visibility for you.

He stomps his foot causing a pillar to rise him above so that he can jump out of range of the lightning technique. Following this he spits a ball of rotating water at the incoming air palm assuming Keji would simply chage the direction of the attack cancelling it out.

Description: The user will send there chakra into the falling rain via use of the Tiger→Ram→Snake hand seals, redirecting the light in such a way that the opponent's will see the user standing in a different location, by altering the way light is reflected and refracted through the rain drops. As such, the opponent will see the opponent standing elsewhere from their actual location, causing them to aim at the wrong location. This could possible cause the opponent to think they are in a genjutsu or are facing Haze clones as the their jutsu will simply phase through it. The user of this jutsu would also be able to manipulate the direction jutsu may be coming from, by altering the way the light is reflecting through the rain. As such, a jutsu could be sent from the opponent's left but they will see it being sent from a point directly in front of them.
Notes:
- this ninjutsu only effects what the opponents sees, their other senses are left alone,
- lasts four turns or until the user cancels the jutsu
- can be used three times per match.

Why do you want to know? All you need to focus on is not getting turned in for the reward!

Not really having all that much time to properly defend against the attack he pulls out a scroll activating it instantly summoning a metal dome to take the brunt of the force from the blast but still getting sent backwards by the force but still is unharmed by the blast due to his amor. Despite getting launched into the building behind him.

After punching the crumpled dome away and exiting the building through the same hole he notices that his vision is suddenly blurry believing it is similar to the water technique that utilizes the hidden mist technique to work he focuses a small amount of doton chakra into his right arm causing several spinning chunks of rock to rotate around him. Upon completing this very quick preparation he swings his arm upwards towards the clouds to disperse them using the physical for of the rotation to split the clouds apart thus cancelling both of your technique.

How about we don't resort to such cheap tricks gramps?

As Keji lands and the lad protects himself with a dome Keji silences his movements by channeling chakra throughout his body. Seeing chakra form around one of the lad's arms Keji quickly closes the distance from the lad's right while his refraction appeared like he was charging head on.

Once close Keji would thrust his left hand on the lads lower ribs while his refraction appeared to place his left hand on the solar plexus Who placed a bounty on my head kid? As he said that he would force a massive amount of chakra into the lad punching a hole through his armor and rupturing the major organs.

Description: Muon Satsujin Jutsu, the ability to commit a silent homicide, is a technique to dispatch your foe with no warning. Description: Forming the needed hand seal Ram, a shinobi can project his voice to a different area to hide their location and the number of allies at their side. It is an excellent complement to stealth tactics.

Noticing Keji being up here before him notices something is up and knows he is a fake because there was no knowledge of him being a swift user or anything. Knowing this he focuses his attention on the attack coming from his sides so as to prevent this he quickly performs one hand seal before blowing out water that forms a complete sphere around his body just as the water droplets converge on him as he lands on the roof with the fake. Following this he creates a clone to cover his back on the assumption that the light changing jutsu cannot effect more than one person.

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

As the lad once again evaded Keji would grab his sword Byoto and with that command the weapon transformed from a katana to a giant war fan. Once fully formed Keji would swing his fan creating a giant vortex around the kid and his clone lifting them into the sky. The vortex would then strike them three times with lightning which would be amplified due to them being wet You were saying?

Description: Ōkami is a shifting ninja-to that feeds off the users chakra. It was acquired through weeks of meditation and forged from the soul of its owner Keji and bound by three creeds. Ōkami was made to honor Keji's former teammates Byoto, Kira, and Chi.

Abilities: Its base form is a black sword made up of a titanium blade with tungsten carbide edge and a white tungsten sheath connected by a 6ft blood red titanium chain. It's base form it can be infused with fire chakra heating the blade to 2,900°F causing smoke to rise from the blade if given the command "Kira". When given the command "Byoto" the weapon fuse to form a giant war fan that is 6ft tall and 2ft wide with 6ft chain wrapped around users arm. In this form, the fan has an edge and can defend against A rank attacks (Ration B rank+ bypass this) within reason once per turn. When given the command "Chi" the weapon turns into dual scythe while the chain extends into a 12ft chain with a circle in the center. This circle allows the weapon to extend to mid-range and retract at the will of the user. If this blade is in any way, shape, or form separated from each another they become ordinary ninja-to and lose their ability to transform for the rest of the match. If Keji dies without passing off Okami the sword vanishes from the existence.

After seeing Keji transform the weapon into a fan (counts as a turn so this is allowed) he quickly performs a set of hand seals just as Keji finishes the transformation before slamming his hands onto the ground causing a large circle of energy to surround Keji before it erupts upwards shocking Keji. Following this he pulls out 4 kunai with explosive tags to throw at Keji should he escape the pillar.

The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.

As his sword transformed Keji saw raiton chakra building up underneath him and smirked Clever.. he said as he released chakra from his body and began to rotate nullifying the jutsu as it activated whilst, creating a crater in the ground short-range from him and deflecting the kunai.

As he released his kaiten and upon his final spin Keji channeled chakra into his fan launching a blast of wind that once entered mid-range turning into a falcon that rams into the lad grasping it in his beak and carrying him high into the sky before dive-bombing back down slamming him into the ground crushing him and knocking him conscience.

As Keji slashes he observes as the lad forms chakra around his hand to grab the fan Interesting said Keji as lifted himself up by the handle of his fan and kicks the lad in the chest sending him backwards.
