BZ obito made mistake by capturing kiyubi..

why it is a mistake......

1) yin kiyubi has more darkness within than yang kiyubi.Yin kiyubi can easily overpower black jutsu bcoz there is no sealing to restrain his power.

2)Yin kiyubi can use his power to help obito to over power black jetsu thus making hard for madara to get his eye back. I believe this will happen bcoz this seems to be valid reason why obito is still alive.

3)Don't forget that even though BZ obito has captured yin kiyubi it still have 4th hokages ftg seal. He can ftg BZ obito, himself, naruto (and others if he want). If he does that madara will be looking for them like forever...

above scenarios are very possible..

madara is literally standing next to bz obito. what is minato gonna do? what is kurama gonna do? he's going to calmly reach down and retrieve his eye but chances are naruto is still getting yin kurama because of plot

Good theory actually. BZ is fighting Obito's will resisting him AND the Kyuubi chakra now. BZ might not be powerful enough to do this. Lends to my theory:

Madara underestimated the TB, and in the end the TB and Juubi will defeat him and at a critical moment let Naruto and Sauce clean his clock.
